• Additional requests beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
• We retain copyright ownership of all images and videos unless stated otherwise in writing.
• Clients receive a license to use the content but cannot resell or redistribute it without permission.
• We are not liable for delays due to weather, technical failures, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Quality disputes must be reported within seven days of delivery.
